All of our classes run in blocks ranging from 4 to 14 weeks and run throughout the year, prices vary according to length of course. The Tonic studio holds up to 16 students, we like to make sure you get attention and room to move!

Yoga for Pregnancy can be of great benefit throughout each stage of life, whatever level of ability we feel we have. In pregnancy, from 15 weeks its benefits are enormous.

Baby Massage classes offer a holistic approach to help support your baby’s physical, emotional and mental development.

Body Control Pilates classes will teach you how your body works, where your strengths and weaknesses lie and how to exercise and move better working towards core strength, control and flexibility. Suitable for everyone for relaxation and rehabilitation to Elite sports.
