Postnatal Yoga
Postnatal Yoga aims to help you reconnect with your strength, energy and flexibility, making you feel more in control and regaining confidence in your body post birth. The classes will teach you deep breathing to open the chest, stretches for the lower back, posture awareness and the pelvic floor. Stronger, more powerful poses create core strength, to improve balance and stamina. Guided relaxation allows your body to fully relax and feel rejuvenated after your class. You don’t need to have any previous experience of yoga to feel the benefits and enjoy this excellent class for new mums
