RETURNS
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement and a free postage return label. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods

REFUND POLICY
Goods can be returned to store or from your point of purchase providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. 

The items refunded must be presented with proof of purchase, a till receipt or a dispatch note; in the instance where you have no receipt, the company will be happy to offer an exchange.

All refunds will be made according to the method of payment, where payment is made by cheque, cash will be refunded once the cheque has been cleared. If the item was a gift we are happy to exchange for gift vouchers. Herbs, homoeopathy and flower remedies will not be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
