We aim to give you our undivided attention and that’s why we limit our numbers to 20.
We’re lucky to have a really special retreat space – a house in a beautiful tropical setting right on the edge of the ocean! Its owner Ajai and his team, headed by the lovely Matilda, have very kindly opened up their amazing home to us. |
The Retreat
Hidden away down a quiet lane away from the bustle of traffic and crowds, and just seconds from the beach, the house is nestled in the most amazing tropical garden of tranquility. Fitted with the best in contemporary Indian design, this bijoux space has the rare combination of impeccable attention to every detail of luxurious living whilst giving you the opportunity to explore the more contemplative and spiritual side of life. Whether you’re looking for some quiet private time or some hours of shared social living, the retreat offers plenty of different areas to unwind and relax – both in the main house and in the individual funky luxury cottages. |
Treatments, pool, gardens, foods & juices
Our team of experts will guide you through an intense yet flexible plan of treatments, 1 to 1 sessions & workshops that will deliver your goals for the retreat whatever they may be.
Whether you’re coming for general detox or to focus on a particular area like weight loss, stress management or for fertility management, we will tailor the week specifically to you, using treatments, foods, coaching sessions and exercise to get the most from your time with us.
This includes a pre retreat consultation with both Louisa & Jolyon in order to gain a full picture of your health, lifestyle and goals for our time ahead. We may get you to do some work before we meet in Goa with dietary changes.
Your treatment plan will include the use of: Nutrition, Naturopathy, One to One Coaching, Ayurvedic Oil Massage, Therapeutic and Remedial Massages,
Chi Kung, Meditation. Both group and 1 to 1 session available.
Sunrise and Sunset Yoga
"Each morning you will wake to an uplifting yet deeply nourishing yoga practice with Susan. This will set you up for your day and follow a progression through the course of the retreat. Later on the sun-set classes will be relaxing and introspective to allow you to process your day in a supported environment, leaving you ready for a peaceful evening and a guaranteed good sleep!"
Others also available; Traditional Indian Beauty Therapy (exotic oil facials, body scrubs, threading) Hopi Ear candles, Indian Head Massage and more.
The food is simple but incredibly tasty and filling. All foods are cooked from scratch using local, some home grown, ingredients and fish is caught to order daily!
Daily local fresh fruit and vegetable juices will help your body to gently detox, allowing you to find a more natural energy at the beginning of each day.
You may be encouraged to let a few of your favorite things go for the retreat, but it will be worth it!
The sea green pool is ozone, chlorine – free, surrounded by mellow shade and a hammock or two dispersed throughout the wild garden. This is the perfect place to chill, read or take a siesta away from the mid-day heat.
Paths meander through the extensive garden allowing the freedom to wonder in the safety of the grounds without feeling surrounded by others. |

Important traveling information
Air travel
There are quite a few charter flights departing to Goa from Glasgow, Manchester and London. Check flight options on www.opodo.co.uk or www.charterflights.co.uk
Transfers
Send us your details once you have booked you travel arrangements so we can organize a
taxi to collect you at your point of arrival.
Weather
The Goa climate is sub-tropical which means the atmosphere feels fairly humid. However, our coastal location means a constant breeze from the sea – bring light long sleeved loose tops as these give you sun protection whilst keeping you cool.
Getting around
Most people get around by motorbike or moped here so bring an international drivers’ license if you fancy a go on one. Car rental should cost between 100 and 200 rupees a day and we can recommend reliable operators. If you don't feel comfortable driving yourself, a taxi is the best option, with rides costing about 150 rupees per trip (in the general area). Hiring a car with a driver usually works out at 300 rupees per day.
